In two sentences: this site uses no cookies, has no analytics and does not track you. The only thing we keep is what you type into a form, and we use it to reply to you.

Only what you fill in on one of the site's two forms. There is no other collection mechanism.

The address of the property is the most sensitive item on either form: it can identify a specific piece of land. We ask for it because without it the potential of the location cannot be estimated, and we do not use it for anything else.
To reply to you and, if you filled in the evaluation form, to estimate the potential of your property and contact you about it. Nothing else. We will not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
We share it with no one as a commercial decision, but it does pass through the providers that make the site and the email work:

As you can see, your data leaves Uruguay. By submitting a form you accept that international transfer, which is necessary for us to be able to reply to you.
For as long as the commercial relationship lasts and up to five years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, update it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to and we will reply.
If you believe we did not handle your request as we should have, you can complain to Uruguay's Personal Data Regulation and Control Unit (URCDP).
The site is addressed to individuals and companies with the capacity to enter into contracts. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we change this policy, we update the date above. If the change is significant and we have a way to tell you, we do.
